To purchase items simply click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. You can either view your shopping cart or Check Out. Items in My Shopping Bag are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want.
We currently only accept payments via PayPal.
Most certainly we use PayPal as out payment system. Orders paid with a PayPal account include Buyer Protection, a feature managed by PayPal. PayPal Buyer Protection should only be used as a final step if you cannot reach an amicable resolution with the brand.
In order to cancel/close your account please email info@thealleyonline.co.uk and provide us with your account name or email address, we will then close your account and advise when it is done.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. If you are unsure and would like to discuss this with us then please contact us.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your returned item must arrive at the brand no later than 14 days after you receive the order. Returns sent after this may be declined by the brand. Once your return has been received by the brand and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue your refund.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, your refund will be processed through PayPal.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, in which case the brand will refund the return postage.


Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unworn and immediate packaging is received back in the same condition as it was sent. Once the brand has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process.

Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then the customer must request a refund and follow the refund procedure. Once this is complete, the customer can then place a new order

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order.
